04 aug Rental extension and expansion Sivantos on Dutch Tech Campus
Press release PingProperties august 4th 2020 (translated)
PingProperties has signed the lease with Sivantos B.V. on behalf of its Siemens Tech Campus Fund. Extended and expanded for 12 years at the Dutch Tech Campus (DTC), located in the Dutch Innovation Park in Zoetermeer. The expansion is due to the merger of the hearing giants Sivantos and Widex. The new company will continue under the name WSAudiology. Widex will be leaving its office in Gouda to settle on the Dutch Tech Campus. This brings the total leased floor space of WSAudiology to 1,396 m² and 31 parking spaces.
Sivantos has been a permanent tenant on the Dutch Tech Campus for years. From the moment of purchase of DTC in 2015, PingProperties started repositioning the site to a campus concept (Dutch Tech Campus), improving the communal facilities and improving mobility to increase the satisfaction of sitting tenants and to attract new tenants. There will also be plenty of investment in the future. An important reason why the tenant decided to extend and even expand at this location.
