The concentration of IT students, professionals and nationally and internationally operating companies at the Dutch Innovation Park ensures a solid IT community.


Together with open innovation and research facilities, the Park offers great opportunities for applied IT innovations especially in the field of cyber security, e-health & care, big data and smart mobility.



The Hague University of Applied Sciences, with the Information Security Management, Software Engineering, Business IT & Management and Innovative Development programmes, is located in the Dutch Innovation Factory. The same building also houses third-year college IT students of mboRijnland.
Companies in the Park have direct access to the 800+ students, teachers and lecturers. The Leiden University and the Delft University of Technology, partners of the Dutch Innovation Park, are just around the corner. At the Dutch Innovation Park, you’re absolutely on top of IT talent!


Applied and open innovation is the motto of the Dutch Innovation Park. Companies, lecturers and students of The Hague University of Applied Sciences work on research assignments from companies and institutions in field labs and the Big Data Innovation Hub.

Through interaction and collaboration, they find answers and innovative solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s problems.

Fieldlabs and Big Data Innovation Hub


The Dutch Innovation Factory houses four field labs aimed at cyber security, e-health & care, gaming and the Internet of Things. Here, entrepreneurs together with students of The Hague University of Applied Sciences work on solutions to contemporary problems. In the lab, concepts are tested and solutions are implemented.

The Park is also home to the Big Data Innovation Hub, the regional research centre for applied big data research in the field of e-health, self-care and digital security. Do you want to test a concept or do you have a research question regarding cyber security, e-health and care or mobility? Go to the Hub!



Internationally renowned companies such as Siemens, Atos and Teleplan are located at the Dutch Innovation Park, as well as start-ups and SME companies working on innovative IT applications. Companies like to establish themselves at the Park, on the one hand due to the value offered by the concentration of IT related companies, education and research facilities, and on the other hand due to the central location, outstanding accessibility and the development opportunities at the Park. Rooms are for rent starting from 230 m². Also, it is possible to rent new construction at the campus.

Event spaces

The Dutch Innovation Factory houses event space for 2 to 500 people in a former margarine factory. Are you looking for a special environment for an event or conference?

Food and drinks

The brasserie at the Dutch Tech Campus offers fresh sandwiches, juices, coffee and tea every day. The stylish brasserie has space for receiving clients or taking a break with a drink on the terrace. You can have lunch at the Campus restaurant. If you’re looking for a meeting or a break in an informal setting, the Innovation Cafe at the Factory is the place to be.

Start-up, scale-up

Incubator Crosspring offers tech start-ups and scale-ups an 18-month programme which allows entrepreneurs to excel and accelerate. With a comprehensive international network and partnerships within Startup Delta and Startup Europe India Network among others, the incubator successfully guides start-ups into the market. Crosspring is mainly aimed at mobile applications, games and Internet of Things.
